My AIP recipes are for those following The Paleo Autoimmune Protocol, which is a powerful strategy that uses diet and lifestyle to regulate the immune system and help the body heal and manage autoimmune conditions. AIP diet is based on the paleo diet but with further exclusions such as eggs, nightshades, nuts and seeds. Learn about AIP foods you can eat here.
