The paleo diet or Whole30 range between low to moderate in carbohydrates depending on the intake of starchy veggies and fruit. A more low-carb and keto diet will have slightly different macros with a lot fewer carbohydrates, moderate protein and high fat intake. My low-carb and keto recipes are suitable for those trying to consume under 50-70 grams of carbohydrates per day. Some of these recipes contain low-carb, high-fat dairy products.
