Whole30® as a short-term nutrition reset, designed to help you put an end to unhealthy cravings and habits, restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, and balance your immune system. It’s very similar to paleo but a little bit stricter. These Whole30 recipes are either 100% compliant or require a small modification (e.g. omitting honey from the dressing).
