This creamy and healthy yogurt ranch dressing is made with fresh herbs and a touch of garlic for a versatile condiment to salads, grilled veggies and more.


250 g / 1 + a bit cup of full-fat, unsweetened yoghurt
1 garlic clove, grated or crushed
2 tablespoons chopped spring onions (scallions) or chives
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon vegetable stock powder (you can grate or chop a stock cube)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon yellow or Dijon mustard


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and transfer to a clean mason jar. Store with an airtight lid on top for up to 1 week.


Vegetable stock cube powder adds that lovely umami flavour but can be omitted. Instead, add a little more salt to the dressing.
