Miss morning oats and porridge on a paleo diet? Don’t worry! There are many paleo oatmeal and porridge recipes and alternatives that are just as comforting and tasty. This is a collection of my favourite ideas.


Best Paleo Porridge, Oats, N'Oatmeal Recipes

One of the most common questions I hear from people who start following a paleo diet is about oats. More specifically it is about how much they miss having their daily morning porridge and is there a way they can still enjoy a little oatmeal every now and then. When it comes to oats themselves, they are not really paleo-friendly (although there are ways to prepare traditional oats to make them less problematic). Alternatively, there are many paleo friendly ways to make a paleo porridge-like breakfast that is equally comforting and delicious. I’ve put together a roundup of my favourite paleo oats and porridge alternatives for you to try. I have also found some ready-made instant paleo porridge on Amazon US here.


1. SIMPLE SWEET POTATO PALEO PORRIDGE

  1. Half cup oatmeal, 1 can Tuna, half cup blueberries. Very satisfying and filling. Low in calories. Highost in protein and good fiber.
